Payments for RankReady Pro are handled by our payment processor, which acts as the seller of record. That is why your receipt and invoice come from them and show their name.
Download an invoice
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the payments or invoices area.
- Choose the payment and download its invoice.
Change the details on an invoice
Update your billing name, company name, address and tax details in the billing information area of your account. Set them before you download the invoice you need.
Need something we cannot see in the account
Email rankready@hostmy.blog from the purchase address and say what the invoice needs to show.
