A site that fails layer one cannot pass layer two, so checking them out of order produces a score that reads well and means nothing. This runs them in dependency order and tells you which layer to fix first.
Whether the crawler is let in at all. robots.txt groups, the most-specific-match trap, Content Signals, and whether a bot gets the same response a browser does.
What arrives when it asks. Markdown on Accept, q-values in both directions, 406 handling, Vary, and how much of the payload is your words.
Whether the meaning survives. One canonical, no duplicate schema, Article and author markup, and a heading structure that does not skip.
Whether a sentence can be lifted and still be true. Length ceilings, claim density, front-loading, and passage independence.
