Pro: WooCommerce product facts in Markdown

Add price, currency, SKU and stock status to the Markdown version of every product.

With RankReady Pro and WooCommerce active, the Markdown version of each product carries the plain facts a crawler needs: what it costs and whether it is in stock.

Turn it on

  1. Activate a RankReady Pro licence.
  2. In the RankReady Markdown settings, enable the Product post type.

What is added

  • type and product_type (shown only when the product is not a simple one).
  • price, plus price_max for variable and grouped products.
  • regular_price, shown only while the product is on sale.
  • currency.
  • sku, shown only when one is set.
  • in_stock and stock_status.
  • attributes, when the product has them. Values are separated by commas and attributes by semicolons.

When frontmatter is switched off, the same facts appear as a short bullet list under the title instead.

For developers

The facts are added through the public filters rankready_md_frontmatter and rankready_md_intro, so you can adjust or extend them from your own code.

This makes product pages easier for crawlers to read. It does not promise any ranking or citation.
