Licences and refunds for RankReady Pro
What a lifetime licence covers, what happens if it lapses, and the refund window.
Last updated October 1, 2026
RankReady Pro is sold as a one-time payment. This page is the plain reference for what that buys.
What you pay
- $49 lifetime, single site.
- $99 lifetime, up to 100 sites.
There is no monthly plan and no annual plan. One payment.
Refunds
Fourteen days, money back. Ask inside that window and you get your money back. No reason is needed. How to request a refund.
What a lifetime licence covers
The Pro add-on, on the number of sites your tier allows, with updates. Nothing in Pro is metered: it has no generation cap and no credit system, exactly like the free plugin.
What it does not cover is your AI provider. Summaries and FAQs are generated by your own OpenAI, Anthropic or other provider key, billed by them at their prices. RankReady never resells generation. See which AI provider to choose, and what it costs.
If a licence lapses or is deactivated
Your content is untouched. Every summary, FAQ and schema block already generated stays exactly where it is, because it lives in your database, not in the plugin. The free plugin keeps serving llms.txt, Markdown, schema and crawler control as before.
What stops is the Pro behaviour: automation pauses, bulk controls become inert, the Headless API routes stop being registered. Nothing is deleted and nothing needs migrating.
Moving between sites
Deactivate the licence on the old site before you delete it, then activate on the new one. See activating and moving a licence.
Invoices and billing details
Every payment has a downloadable invoice in your account. See invoices, receipts and billing details.
Licensing and privacy
Licensing and checkout are handled by Freemius. What that involves, and every other third-party service the plugin can talk to, is listed in privacy and third-party services.
There is nothing to renew
Worth stating plainly, because one-off pricing is unusual enough that people look for the catch: there is no renewal date, no renewal invoice and no expiry on a lifetime licence. Nothing lapses on its own. A licence only stops working if you deactivate it yourself, or on a site you have deactivated it from in order to move it elsewhere.
